Refund Policy

As all products sold on Lisbon with Mary are digital goods (Google Maps lists delivered instantly upon purchase), they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

However, we want you to be happy. If you experience a technical issue — for example, the link doesn't work or you didn't receive your list — please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed. By completing your purchase and accessing the Google Maps link, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at maryy.gee.creation@gmail.com.
